On the free operator assessment: your property name, your name, your email, your website address if you have one, and your answers to the assessment questions. On the contact form or a booked call: your name, your email, and whatever you tell me about your business.
I use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found the site. It sets cookies and shares that data with Google. I don't sell it, and I don't use it to identify you personally.
To send you the assessment report, to reply if you ask me something, and to follow up about the work if that's something you want. If you tick the box to hear occasional notes on running an outdoor accommodation business, I'll send those too, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Two services handle parts of this for me. Resend delivers the emails the assessment sends. Anthropic's API helps write the personalized parts of your report from your answers. Neither uses your information for anything beyond that, and I don't sell or share it with anyone else, including for advertising.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs (like any web host) to keep the site running and secure.
Assessment answers are kept for 12 months so I can pick the conversation back up, then deleted. Contact form and call records are kept for as long as they're useful for following up with you, and deleted once they're not. Email me any time and ask me to delete what I have on you sooner, and I will.
You can ask me what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or unsubscribe from anything you opted into. One email covers all of it: kieran@ossaconsulting.com.
